Stalking and PPO Cases

When I was a lawyer with the Legislature, I helped write the law which forms the basis for personal protection orders (PPOs).  While PPOs can serve a legitimate purpose, they can be abused.  I have handled cases for people who wish protection from someone, and for people who have been illegitimately served with a PPO.
